1. Eligibility

• Members will receive 22Win Gems from qualified Valid Turnover derived from bets with settled final results.
• 22Win Gems can be used to redeem rewards in the 22Win Rewards Mall.
• A member's VIP Tier determines the discount on reward redemption as well as the exclusive benefits for each level.

2. Earning 22Win Gems

• Qualified members will receive 22Win Gems at the same earning rate.
• Earning Rate: Earn 1 22Win Gem for every Valid Turnover reaching 1,000 PHP.
• Example: Valid Turnover of 1,000 PHP = 1 22Win Gem
• Gems will be automatically credited to the account after the result of the qualified bet is settled and confirmed.

3. Reward Redemption

• 22Win Gems can be used to redeem available rewards in the 22Win Rewards Mall, subject to stock availability at the time.
• The number of Gems required for redemption varies based on the member's VIP Tier.
• Example: VIP 1 receives a 1% discount / VIP 14 receives a 22% discount
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified by the company.

4. 22Win Gems Validity

• 22Win Gems are valid for 12 months from the date they are received.
• Expired Gems will be automatically removed from the member's account and cannot be restored.

5. General Terms

• 22Win reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or cancel the 22Win Gem Program, reward catalog, redemption rates, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• 22Win reserves the right to refuse or cancel any redemption if fraud, abuse of benefits, or any action violating 22Win rules is detected.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the 22Win Gem Program, rewards, or these terms and conditions, the decision of 22Win shall be final and binding.
